The Fine Print:
We offer a variety of classes and packages for every level and fitness style. Although we pride ourselves on offering modifications for each and every class so they are accessible to all, we recognize it may be helpful to distinguish between beginning and more advanced levels. For simplicity, classes on the schedule color-coded green are truly fit for all abilities. Classes color coded blue are a bit more of challenge and are suitable for those looking for a little bit more in their practice or class.
