New Year’s Eve Yoga and Meditation with Jenn

Before the parties, the champagne and the ball dropping, join us for this very special practice.

New Year’s Eve-Monday, December 31st, 7-9 pm

Remember, with gratitude, the past year’s challenges and joys-both have made you stronger! Join us as we prepare to close a chapter in our lives and turn our sights to a fresh start. Let’s take a look together at what can be left behind to make some space for the new.

We’ll spend the first 30 minutes easing in-exploring what we’ll cover and then centering, grounding and breathing. The next hour (give or take) we’ll practice (with an additional instructor). Posture adjustments and modifications will be offered for comfort and ease. The final half hour will be yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is deep relaxation with guided meditation typically done lying down.
