Whether you are new to exercise or for those who want to take their fitness to the next level, Thrive’s highly trained and experienced instructors will guide you on your journey and cheer you on, one-step-at-a-time. Our goal is to provide services that are above and beyond the expectations of our clients. Our pricing reflects the amazing team we have, the clients we work with, the beautiful studio space we provide and the classes and knowledge we share.

Group Class Pricing

Something for everyone…

Most of our clients prefer to take advantage of our convenient monthly membership. If you are planning 3 or more classes per week (or more than 12 per month) this is the way to take advantage of unlimited group classes. Our autopay set up is quick and easy and then you can forget it and focus on your goals. There are no set-up fees and no penalty to cancel at any time.

Included with this membership is 10% off workshops and other studio services. Thirty days notice required for cancellation. There are several other flexible payment options available. Whether you are just dropping in or planning on attending all of the classes we offer, we have a package for you!

Private and Semi-Private Service Pricing

1 on 1/Personal Training – 6 Session Package

Private sessions are available for personal training, yoga, and Pilates. Set your goals and your schedule- this is 100% about you. We will motivate you, teach you, encourage you, push you and hold you accountable. You can do so much more than you thought you could, and you will feel great about it – both physically and mentally!

Couples/Partners- 6 Session Package

Sessions are available in personal training, yoga, and pilates. These training sessions for 2 are fun, motivating, encouraging, and may entice you to engage in a little friendly competition! Each workout plan is customized to progress both of your individual abilities in strength, endurance, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Certain exercises may also be performed together. The guidance you will receive in each training session will help keep you and your partner reach your goals in the safest and most effective way.

Small Groups-(2-4 clients)-6 Session package

If you are looking for more personalized instruction, with a group that is more intimate, and goal-oriented, this is is a great option! Designed for 2 to up to 4 participants,  these small groups provide an effective, high-quality workout that is focused on skill development, motivation and enhanced fitness at a very affordable cost, per person. Class focus can be customized in personal training, yoga or Pilates.
